TITLE: Order Fulfillment Technician

REPORTS TO/EVALUATIONS: TAC Coordinator & Network Director / Annual evaluations by the Network Director

JOB GOALS: We are currently seeking an Order Fulfillment Technician to assist deployment engineers in the successful commissioning of subscribers. This position is part inventory control and part network equipment provisioning. Maintaining clear and concise receipt records for newly arriving equipment and RMA's as well as processing incoming orders for new customers is the main priority for this position. Familiarity with multiple web-browsers, tabbed browsing, and web-based applications is a plus. The ability to operate in a very fast-paced environment with multiple tasks commencing and completing simultaneously is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High School Diploma or its equivalent.
2. Must posses working knowledge of digital spreadsheets and other office document applications.
3. 3+ years of recent experience in database and inventory management.
4. Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Driving record of successful candidate will be verified through the state's driver's license bureau.
5. Must be able to visually identify all colors.
6. Must posses working knowledge of web-based inventory control software and inventory processes.
7. Must be able to process incoming shipments from vendors and outgoing shipments to customers properly.
8. Must be able to perform inventory and provisioning of subscriber equipment and user accounts. (Training will be provided).
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Walking: 2-4 Hours/Day    Stairs: Rarely
Standing: 2-4 Hours/Day   Bending: Occasionally
Sitting: 6-8 Hours/Day        Lifting: (Up to 90 lbs) Occasionally

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Employment at will; Salary and benefits per negotiated agreement.
